A traditional fruit cake made with Yorkshire Tea.
Our Yorkshire Tea Loaves are baked at Bettys Craft Bakery in Harrogate where, every day, we bake bread, pastries, cakes and chocolates exclusively for our Bettys Tea Rooms here in Yorkshire. The Tea Loaves are made in small batches using the finest quality ingredients, but what makes them extra special is the good strong infusion of Yorkshire Tea that we soak the fruit in overnight.
Made in a bakery which also uses nuts.

Mixed vine fruits (22%), wheat flour, brown sugar, butter, egg, Yorkshire Tea infusion (8%), glacé cherries (natural colour: anthocyanins), invert sugar, raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, E450(a)), mixed spice, salt, preservative (potassium sorbate)
